This is a nursing research and assistance program, with a research-action methodological approach developed in a community health center (CSII) in the county of Florianópolis, wich aims to offer assistance to the frail aged persons within their own homes, and to investigate the implications brought about by nursing actions, performed along with layperson caregivers either family members or not. |
