Summary:The possibilities of forming the professional competence «PC 3.5 Participate in research and project activities in the field of education, physical culture and sports» among students in the specialty of secondary vocational education «49.02.01 Physical culture» by means of interdisciplinary classes are considered. The possibilities of integrated courses built on the basis of disciplines of mathematical and professional cycles are presented. The effectiveness of the formation of this competence during the conduct of coordinated classes in the disciplines «Mathematics», «Anatomy», «Physiology with the basics of biochemistry» and «Hygienic bases of physical culture and sports» has been proved.
