Summary: | The networks have served to give space to a series of ideas that did not have how to express themselves before, anyone can become an information generator and spread it, coupled with the fact that technology facilitates altering the contents of documents and photographs, which changes radically the life of the traditional media that at the time became the official historians, however this phenomenon has come to generate an excess of information, many non-existent, in order to manipulate the opinion through false, partial or reaped news, with a serious deterioration to the democratic system by transgressing the right to information that must be serious, timely and truthful. This phenomenon is added to another series of factors that undermine the right to freedom of expression and information in various fields of society. |
