| description | The article is devoted to the methodological grounding of the facilative
determination of psychological well-being of a personality. The presented
theoretical and methodological analysis of the phenomenon of psychological well-being and elucidation of its psychological content, as well as the
clarification of conceptual positions of definition of its facilative determi-nation, has formed the basis for the construction of theoretical model of the
facilative determination of psychological well-being of a personality, which
reflects its main structural characteristics. The main structural components of psychological well-being of a personality have been distinguished
(positive relations with others, autonomy, environment control, personality growth, goal in life, self-acceptance), each of which determines the ensuring extent of personality safety and comfort, and therefore contains two
vectors considering the ensuring of psychological well-being in relation to
oneself and regarding other people and surrounding reality is determined
by the peculiarities of social inclusion of a personality into intrapersonal
interaction in different variants of social relationships, group functioning
and self-identification with the fragments of Self social. The facilative determination is specified by socio-psychological adaptation, non-directive
interactivity and involvement of a facilative environment potential, which
outline the degree of psychological well-being of a personality in generalized form. It is stated that the proposed theoretical model demonstrates the
inseparable link between facilitation and experience of psychological wellbeing, which generates activity aimed to search self-identification and selfrealization of a personality. |
