| description | The task of accelerated modernization of Russia may be solved provided objective causes of the system crisis spread all over the country as a certain mankind system are revealed and efficient crisis way-out instruments are found. These instruments are determined in the article on the basis of a new method. It is demonstrated that only two mankind association development paradigms have existed over the long period of the history of mankind. Cycles, crises, utter confusions and other negative phenomena have been natural products of the second development paradigm, thetime factor playing most negative role therewith. Disproportions and desynchronization of all processes in time and space may be eradicated only if relations with every individual and his interests over the whole of his spiritual and material demands are synchronized with production that covers these demands; nothing extra should be produced. The new life arrangement model at every local level is actually the former first development paradigm based on the production/demand direct interrelation realized at a new hi-tech level. |
