description | The art of cultivating the land, with the use of natural resources, has been an activity where the man gets off the ground and climate: the color, aroma and flavor expressed in different plant structures. Therefore, farmers, professionals, entrepreneurs, scientists and lovers of this job have been dedicated to obtaining food, feed, fiber, wood, and among other wellness products. However, with the development of this activity has been degraded
nature; what triggered the interest in conducting agricultural processes that affect the environment less. One possibility is to produce organic fertilizers from proper management of biodegradable waste from the interaction of empirical knowledge and scientific. Situation in which the research group of Fermented Organic Fertilizers (FOF) analyzes the dynamics of association
of farmers around making composting under agroecology; in order to validate the farmer knowledge about generating companies; aspects that have allowed the joint academy with local knowledge. |
