Summary:This paper outlines the coupling of variational iteration method (VIM) with Adomian decomposition method (ADM) for solving nonlinear mixed Volterra-Fredholm integro-diffierential equation (V-FIDE), this method is called variational Adomian decomposition method (VADM). Some numerical examples are introduced to verify that the method handles the difficulty of nonlinear term, red reduces the computational size and accelerates the convergence.
