With reference to the year 1936, the correspondents responsible for Bălți County elucidated the current problems of Bălți society: the
city budget and the distribution of money for administrative-economic problems, the road repairs, solutions for electrication, the sanitary and epidemiological situation, school, cultural and philanthropic events, the problems of the Jewish society, the strikes and social tensions, but also a series of other aspects that required the involvement of the local authorities or the Bălți society. |
