Despite the fact that the concept of public enterprises varies substantially across countries of the integration project «New Silk Road» there is a common approach to solving the economic challenges that the countries of the region are facing. Political will and legislative solutions in the field of harmonization of corporate law will largely determine economic realities and political success of such a promising integration project as the «New Silk Road». |
