Description
Summary:The objective of this research was to analyze two social housing construction models that are currently applied in low income families of Bogotá (Habitat social production ‘HSP and market models). We built a framework based on housing and habitat concepts according to recent development approaches. We characterized these construction models and designed a methodology, which was applied to analyze processes and results for each case. We concluded that, although HSP model is a variant of market model, the process for giving housing solutions were similar in both cases.
