Paratracheal lymph node dissection combined with prelaryngeal lymph node dissection should be simultaneously considered in operations for thyroid papilla carcinoma.Keywords: papillary thyroid cancer, delphian lymph node, lymph node metastasis, lymph node dissection, tumor |
