Summary:This research aims to; 1) Study the level of business competitive potential of folk weaving groups in Roi Et, 2) comparison the business competitive potential of folk weaving groups in Roi Et classified by general data of the group and 3) study the guidelines for the development of business competitiveness of folk weaving group in Roi Et. Conduct research by integrating methodology. Analyze quantitative data with descriptive statistics and compare means. Analyze qualitative data by SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix. The results of the research showed that the level of business competitive potential of the folk weaving group was at a high level. The comparison business competitive potential of folk weaving groups found that in folk weaving groups with a different number of members, products, capital and monthly sales, there is no difference in business competitive potential. In folk weaving groups with different ages, there was a difference in business competitive potential. Guidelines for developing business competitiveness were found targeted at improving business competitive potential the folk weaver group. Knowledge should be transferred between members toraise product standards, develope knowledge to use communication technology through social media networks, proactive market operation and product development for customers’ daily use.
