Summary: | Aiming at the severe fever,vibration and loud noise and so on are the outstanding problems of three- ring gear reducer,a finite element model of gear- rotor- bearing- housing system with thermo- elastic coupling is established. The temperature field of the three- ring gear reducer is obtained,the results show that the input shaft bearings is the main heat source. Based on the result,the thermal elements is converted to the structural elements in ANSYS,the node temperature of the model is load,then the natural frequency and vibration model is obtained. Then the internal gear dynamic incentive is applied to carry out the numerical simulation of dynamic response. The results show that,after taking thermo- elastic coupling into consideration,the natural frequency is reduced,the vibration displacement of housing and acceleration are increased. A certain theoretical basis for the parameter optimization and reasonable design of heat dissipating system of the three- ring gear reducer is provided.
