description This paper is shown the calculation of the above-grounded 12-meter high with a diameter of 6m steel tank for water and sulfuric acid storage purposes. Wall thickness, as well as roof thickness of the tank, is t=5cm. Construction of the tank is modeled by ABAQUS software package. The real tension condition in tank walls is obtained by observing expected cases of loads. Construction load analysis is executed according to European Standards.
