| Summary: | T.B. (hereinafter the applicant), together with his mother – K.B. and his sister – M.B. (later M.Z.) were co-owners of real property situated in the former eastern provinces of the Interwar Poland. The applicant's mother (K.B.) had died in 1948, and her inheritance was acquired by the applicant and his sister, M.Z., each with a share of ½. In February 1990, the applicant's sister declared that she was renouncing her right to inheritance in her shares, and the authenticity of the applicant's signature was confirmed by an official of the Municipal Office. The applicant's sister died in September 2007.
