Before her MBA, Isha got her BTech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from SRM University, Kattankulathur, after which she worked with Infosys for close to three years as a Senior System Engineer. e-mail: is working as an HR Business Partner with Mahindra & Mahindra for more than two years. She holds an MBA in HRM from IIM Ranchi. Tanya has a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. e-mail: is an Associate Professor with IIM Ranchi in the OB-HR Area, where she is teaching courses on industrial relations and labour laws. She worked with Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj, prior to IIM Ranchi, from where she earned her PhD.
