| description | The modern contract system involves the inclusion of many participants, which leads to the need to establish a transparent and effective system that ensures an appropriate degree of realization of the rights of all stakeholders. According to the authors, digitalization of the domestic contract system will increase the level of competition in the public procurement market, reduce the possibility of unfair behavior at all stages of state and municipal procurement. A sufficiently large number of digital systems are currently only being developed, which makes it possible to evaluate only their application capabilities in individual elements of the mechanism under consideration. Artificial intelligence, BigData, as well as the activities of digital platforms in general are taken as the main digital technologies, the introduction of which is possible in the domestic contract system. On the example of the functioning of such technologies, the possibility of solving certain practical problems of the contract system is demonstrated. The statistical materials of the functioning of public procurement are analyzed separately, taking into account the application and implementation of individual methods for determining suppliers, contractors and performers under state and municipal contracts. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between the economic aspects of digitalization of the contract system and the legal regulation of relevant public relations. |
