Study on extraction process of active ingredients with hypouricuria effect from Plantaginis Herba(车前草降血尿酸有效成分提取工艺的研究)

建立小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,通过灌胃给药考察车前草的降血尿酸作用.采用正交试验设计,以车前草所含大车前苷为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和乙醇用量4种因素对提取结果的影响.大车前苷和血尿酸的含量均用HPLC法测定.结果表明,车前草醇提组的小鼠血清尿酸水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05).乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和乙醇用量4种因素对车前草乙醇提取物中的大车前苷含量均有显著影响.最佳提取工艺为用10倍药材量的60%乙醇提取2次,每次2 h....
