| description | The aim of this study was to predict life satisfaction based on spiritual well-being and hope in students of Karaj Islamic Azad University. For this purpose some 500 students were selected by random cluster sampling method. Instruments of this research were spiritual well-being, hope and demographic questionnaires. Data were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis methods. The results showed that there is a significant positive relation between spiritual well-being with hope (P<0.01) and life satisfaction (P<0.01). Also the results of regression analysis showed that spiritual well-being and hope together explain 40 percent of variance of life satisfaction. Totally, the findings indicated important role of spiritual well- being and hope in life satisfaction. These results can be beneficial in planning and policies for students |
