This study investigates the role of career adaptability on mediating the effect of learning goal orientation and self-perceived employability. Participants of this study were 69 college students from various disciplines and several universities in Indonesia. Data were collected using Learning Goal Orientation scale (Button et al., 1996), The Career Adapt-Abilities Scales Form 2.0 (Savickas & Profeli, 2012), and Student Self-Perceived Employability (Rothwell et al., 2009). Overall, the findings of this study show that career adaptability plays a mediating role in the effect of learning goal orientation on self-perceived employability. |
