考察现有氟离子的测定方法,探讨用氟离子选择性电极法测定茶叶中的氟的条件.除了电极测定条件外,茶叶样品的浸提处理对测定的准确度有很大影响.从缓冲溶液的成分、茶叶粉碎度、浸泡时间、浸泡所用盐酸的浓度、温度、茶水比例等方面研究最佳的测定条件为在室温下,用0.10 mol • L-1的盐酸浸泡粉碎过的茶叶,配成茶水比例为1 g茶:50 mL水,浸泡1 h....
