Therefore, every normal person should praise God for this physical well-being, and respect everyone whom God has afflicted with a deficiency in his body, because he may be in the place of that person one day, and there is no doubt that there are laws that protect this category of people with special needs, Whether at the international or internal level, the matter is not enough, and therefore it falls on the shoulders of states in particular and the international system in general, through charters, to enact laws that guarantee adequate protection for this category, and guarantee them a decent life. |
