| Summary: | The present state of transparency and participation in the autonomous
response to the inaction of state legislator and constitutional jurisprudence, with dilatory
effects of regulation. However, the progressive consolidation of regional instruments
aimed at public information and citizen participation tends to boost the quality of
democracy. The contents of this study focuses on the analysis of regional legislation for
transparency and participation from a constitutional perspective through new rights
established by the regional legislature. The development of the research was structured
around the constitutional issue regional regulations on transparency and participation,
for the subjective sphere, its application framework, limits and guarantees. |
