Summary:In view of the problem of communication difficulty existed in rescuing miners when coal mine disaster happens, the paper proposed a novel design scheme of guide and command system for safe act of rescue in coal mine, and introduced hardware configuration and software design of the system. The system adopts intrinsically safe LED annunicator, voice communication and signal device and RFID transceivers for accurate location with Chinese messaging function to guide underground miners to evacuate from disaster rapidly and effectively in emergency situation by use of linkage indication of traffic lights, Chinese message instruction, real-time speech broadcast, short message alarm through precise location transceiver and so on. The practical application proved the system effectively enhanced reliability of emergency communication on the ground and underground, and has important significance to improve rescue capability in coal mine disaster.
