description Objective To present a video displaying different clinical scenarios treated with the Rezum system, the last, minimally invasive, surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Patients and surgical procedure Case #1 A 50-year-old man came to our clinic for the resolution of LUTS and preservation of antegrade ejaculation. He was treated with Rezum procedure under local anaesthesia and sedation. At the 2-month follow-up visit the patient experienced symptoms and sexual function improvement with preservation of antegrade ejaculation. Case #2 A 87-year-old man, with multiple comorbidities and ASA score of 3, received the Rezum procedure under intravenous sedation. At the 1-month follow-up visit he had symptoms improvement. Case #3 A 65-year-old man with a prostate volume of 180 mL was referred to our clinic looking at the resolution of LUTS and preservation of antegrade ejaculation. He was treated with Rezum procedure under sedation. At the 2-month follow-up visit the patient reported good symptoms improvement with preservation of antegrade ejaculation. Case #4 A 61-year-old man presented with LUTS, bladder and small bladder stones. He was treated with bipolar transurethral resection, Rezum procedure and evacuation of stones under intravenous sedation. At 3-month follow-up visit he rerported symptoms improvement and good sexual function. Case #5 A 60-year-old man was referred to us due to LUTS and a bladder stone. Being interested in preserving his antegrade ejaculation and requiring a good obstruction relief, the patient was treated with Rezum procedure and holmium laser lithotripsy of bladder stone under spinal anaesthesia. At the 3-month follow-up visit he his symptoms had resolved. Conclusions Rezum treatment demonstrated good safety profile with preservation of the anterograde ejaculation in different clinical scenarios. Its use with concomitant procedures and with different prostate sizes and morphologies is feasible.
