| description | The article is devoted to one of the basic constitutional laws of the person and the citizen. A different scientists' concerning concept of the right on inviolability of private life, signs of this right are represented and analyzed in this work. Being based on intrinsic characteristics, the author gives his own definition of the considered right. It is noted in the article, that this right is exposed to determined limitations, and its sphere most essential limitations is operatively - searching and criminally remedial activity; it is indicated on low efficiency of criminal - legal protection of the right on inviolability of private life, problems of realization of this right are designated. The conclusion is that with allowance for provisions of the basic international legal certificates in the field of the human right and development of the right practice, the considered right can be probably filled by the new contents. |
