Este caso tiene un buen pronostico debido al control tanto prenatal como intra y posparto, los cuales son imprescindibles<br>Isolated fetal ascites is an entity associated to multiple pathologies. Diagnosis is usually made by elimination. We present the prenatal diagnosis done in a patient with isolated fetal ascitis compatible with ileal atresia and meconium peritonitis due to rupture of the distal ileum. The newborn ascitis resolved after surgery done on the second day of birth. This baby has a good prognosis because prenatal diagnosis and labor monitoring and early postpartum intervention |
