description The traditional bridage full wave RF-DC conversion circuit ignores the diode conduction loss resulting to system efficiency down. This paper design a RF-DC converter circuit of the receiving system of wireless power transmission based on class-E zero-voltage-switching at 8 MHz of resonant frequency and 1.21 W of an input power. The simulation results show the efficiency of RF-DC converter is higher than the traditional bridge full wave RF-DC converter circuit. The efficiency of RF-DC converter is about 92%.
