Compact acceleration neutron tube of NTG-2M type

The results of simulations and designing of compact acceleration neutron tube NTG-2M are presented. The directions of research, its physicotechnical characteristics optimization and application in impulse neutron probing hole logging and minerals exploitation and control are defined.
