description | Cable production consists of complex technological processes focused on the production of cable products with high operational reliability and fire safety. The article analyzes the main problematic issues that arise in the development of intelligent systems focused on information processing with advanced management functions, especially in the conditions of emerging technological uncertainties associated with the use of various production technologies. The classification of technological uncertainties of cable production is given and recommendations are developed for the selection of complex control systems integrated into existing technological processes to ensure modern requirements for the operational reliability of cable products. The main results on the development of a control system as a complex, multicomponent intelligent system that ensures high accuracy, reliability and safety of the production process of manufacturing cable and wire products are presented. |
