description The basis of jurisprudence is on the principles of jurisprudence. In which there are principled discussions on the Qur'an and Sunnah, Ijmaa and Qiyas, and these are the pillers of jurisprudence. Another useful and interesting knowledge related to jurisprudence is the rules of jurisprudence, which the advanced jurists also paid attention to and it has been the focus of interest of the jurists of every era. In modern times, a lot of work has been done on this topic, especially in the Arab world, a large collection has been created on it. If the original arguments are the Qur'an and the Sunnah, then the Ijma and Qiyas derived from it also have the status of Shariah arguments. But the rules of jurisprudence are very important to find out the Shariah orders. There are some problems whose cases are not clearly found in the Qur'an and Sunnah and the books of jurisprudence. When the application of jurisprudence rules to the newly presented problems precise, it becomes easy to access the rules of Sharia. The rules of jurisprudence are often not comprehensive, that is, they are not always applied. The rules of jurisprudence are not specific to any particular chapter of jurisprudence, while the rules of jurisprudence are specific to a stage. Therefore, In this Thesis, the rules and regulations of Fiqh related to trade have been researched in the light of Ibn Najaim's book Al-Ashba wal Nazair.
