The population in this research were all production section employees who worked at PT Powerindo Prima Perkasa. The sampling technique using the census method (saturated sample) with 183 respondents. The data analysis technique is using partial least square (PLS) with two models, namely the outer model and inner model.
The findings showed that safety training positively relates to safety compliance, and workers involvement positively relates to safety compliance. Furthermore, safety knowledge mediating the relationships between safety training and workers involvement to safety compliance. |
