| description | The purpose of this article is to conduct a scoping review of financial themes within the context of entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial orientation has a crucial role for companies that want to succeed in today's dynamic business environments, while finance is a crucial resource that will be wont to capture a business opportunity. The scoping review is a sort of literature search with certain important differences from the literature review. Systematically, the scoping review explores the literature from a relevance standpoint instead of evaluating the quality of the research. Then the data are mapped to spot key themes and gaps within the literature. We observe that the financial theme discussed in entrepreneurial orientation is access to financial resources, financial resources, financial orientation, and financial performance. We also observe that the majority of the research is completed in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Finally, we observe that most research methodologies used are mainly supported by quantitive methods. |
