Description
Summary:This study aims to explore and mearsure the factors affecting the relationship quality (RQ) in business -assessed for the logistics enterprises in Vietnam. Survey data was collected from 259 logistics enterprises in HCMC from October to December, 2015. The conceptual model relies on Transaction Cost theory and Relationship Quality theory. After using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), we find that, if asset specificity is higher, business culture is more suitable, regulatory andadministrative environment is more uncertain, RQ is better. Besides, asset specificity has negative impact on opportunistic behavior. From the research findings, some recommendations were proposed in the last part of this paper.
