The paper presents the history of solving the problem of thepower quality in Russia, including three periods - before the adoption of the Federal Law “On Electric Power Industry”, after its adoption and after the adoption of the resolution of the Russian Government on the creation of a digital economy. To achieve a high level of power quality, it is proposed to create a power quality management system that meets the requirements of the emerging intelligent electrical power systems and digital economy. |
