It is noted that emotional lability depends on the experience and knowledge in a particular field and may decrease at the age of 40 – 50. Experimental data and multifaceted analysis have shown that mine rescue brigade 50-plusers can suffer serious psychological changes that have to be taken into consideration at job assignment. |
