Immobilization of lipase using the polymer of polyglycol diacrylate as carrier(脂肪酶在聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯交联聚合物上的固定化)
研究了聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)作为预聚物,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为交联剂,紫外光引发交联聚合,实现对脂肪酶固定化的方法.结果表明所制备的固定化酶与游离酶相比催化活性提高了8倍以上,且其穗定性及对环境的适应性也大大提高,在95%的乙醇中浸泡5 d后,其催化活力仍有96%之多....
