Within this strategy aimed at reduction of alcohol consumption in patients with the diagnosed alcohol addiction an innovative drug Nalmefen – a modulator of the double-action opioid system is tested as as a result of the comparative randomized studies and meta-analysis methods its safety and effectiveness are proved. A new tactics of the adjuvant therapy with use of Nalmefen becomes more widely used in Russia. |
