Summary:This study aims to determine the influence of self-disclosure and marital adjustment on individuals who have been married for 5-10 years in East Kalimantan Province. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study's subjects were 100 individuals who have been married for 5-10 years in East Kalimantan Province who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used was the scale of self-disclosure, marriage adjustment, and marriage quality. The collected data were analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21.0 for the windows program. This study indicates that there is a significant influence between self-disclosure and marital adjustment on the quality of marriage with an F value of 109.510 and a p of 0.000, which has an influence contribution value (R2) of 69,3.
