Considered as the main social policy of latest Federal Government, due to the income improvement in the poorest families, the Programa Bolsa Família (PBF) has not succeeded in promoting access of those workers to social rights, especially employment, which are basic requirements to overcome poverty as well as to achieve citizenship.</em> |
