Summary:The Law as legitimating the public power and the balance of social tensions. The productive capitalist order creates a specific social and political framework that shapes the legal-labor subsystem that deals with the provision of work and employment, and the presence of powers: the executive and disciplinary employer and the workers' collective counter. Fragile balance, that, in the current global democracy promotes business position and hence, its power of unilateral termination of the contractual employment relationship, that not only violates the work setting, but the vital inner configuration of the worker and the society it serves.
