| Summary: | <p>Abstract: The activities of the development of investment, are strongly associated with<br />accomplishment of an objective of economic development of the region, such as create jobs,<br />achieve economic stability of the region, and developing a diverse economic base. The study of<br />the analysis of the policy of granting incentives and ease the field of investment in the region<br />is expected to increase investment of the implementation of the formulation strategic based on<br />analysis need (need assessment) stakeholders. The data used, from primary and secondary<br />with the technique of a gathering of an interview that is guided by a questionnaire,<br />documentation, and focus group discussion (FGD) stakeholders. The results of the study is<br />that in order to attract new investment and encourage increased investment in terms of<br />strategic policy, then it more emphasized the policy options that provide various facilities<br />investment than incentives.</p><p> </p><p><br />Abstrak: Kegiatan pengembangan penanaman modal, sangat terkait dengan pencapaian<br />tujuan pembangunan ekonomi daerah, seperti menciptakan lapangan kerja, mencapai<br />stabilitas ekonomi daerah, dan mengembangkan basis ekonomi yang beragam. Studi analisis<br />kebijakan pemberian insentif dan kemudahan bidang penanaman modal di daerah ini<br />diharapkan mampu meningkatkan penanaman modal dari implementasi rumusan strategik<br />yang didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan (need assessment) stakeholders. Data yang<br />digunakan bersifat primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik pengumpulan wawancara dipandu<br />kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD)stakeholders. Kajian ini<br />dilakukan pada Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Alat analisis meliputi studi kepustakaan,<br />deskriptif kualitatif untuk kebijakan publik, dan analisis SWOT. Dihasilkan bahwa dalam<br />rangka menarik investasi baru maupun mendorong peningkatan penanaman modal dari sisi<br />kebijakan strategis lebih dikedepankan pilihan kebijakan memberikan berbagai kemudahan<br />penanaman modal daripada pemberian insentif.<br /><br /></p> |
