The current structure of the defense system in itself is a challenge, if not a risk and threat. Functional degradation of the defense system, i.e. the continuous loss of functional logic and justification, is evident. Therefore, it may be pointless in the new social conditions to repeat repeatedly Buzan’s Defense - Security Dilemma or to compare which security threats – external or
internal – is more important and influential for a sustainable defense - security system. |
