Description
Summary:
The evaluation of patients’ satisfaction towards administrative aspects of hospital care is an everyday practice in western Europe. The reform of the health care system will encompass, without a doubt, routine evaluations as functional means to adjust and adapt the administrative system to the needs of its users.
