Description
Summary:The article presents a comparative evaluation of the current clinical angiographic scales in the risk stratification for patients with stable coronary artery disease undergoing elective percutaneous coronary interventions. The article discusses the prospects for improving the prognostic value of scales by adding two laboratory markers reflecting the degree of coagulation cascade activation and the adequacy of antiplatelet therapy — D-dimer and residual platelet reactivity to adenosine diphosphate.
