description Results of surgical treatment of 120 patients at whom disk hernia was combined with cicatricial-adhesive epiduritis are analyzed. Patients have been divided into two equal groups, at 60 patients at the finishing stage of operation polyacrylamid gels «Interfall» or «Esteform» were applied to prevent postoperative compressive cicatricial-adhesive epiduritis. Results of surgical treatment are estimated according to Nurick scale for 3 day, 6 months and 1 year. The expediency of gels application to prevent postoperative compressive cicatricial-adhesive epiduritis is shown.
