Description
Summary:The weather comes from the dynamic process of exchange relations between the atmosphere and surface, Surface Atmosphere System (SSA). So it is through the climatic elements, humidity, pressure and temperature, operating across territorial extension from the geographical constraints of climate factors, which are established inter-relationships of the SSA promoting understandings of climate dynamics that sets in a given period of the year and place. In this process, the types of time working on individual regions and animating in succession and customary come to encourage the formation of the climate. Considering that human actions promote the re/construction of geographical space and therefore the climate considered as an input, which is mathematized according to periodic observations, starting to be studied from the intentions of the agro-economic axis.
