description This paper sets out an identification method for the thermal conductivity λ and the heat capacity per unit volume ρc of a polymer material. The measurement of the temperature is registered with infrared camera. An inverse reading of the F.E.M. allows to perform this identification by solving a linear algebraic system coming from a least square method. The relative uncertainty obtained in experimental case are very good.
