Field research method type (Field research. The location of the study was conducted at Sukawinatan Landfill in Sukarame Palembang Subdistrict. Data sources included, religious advisors and female scavengers. Data collection techniques used were: observation, interviewing, documentation and qualitative data analysis. on data, organizing data, sorting it into manageable units, synthesizing it, searching for and finding patterns Based on the results and analysis of the author's research it can be concluded that, the role of religious guides in instilling religious knowledge in women scavengers as role models, givingunderstanding, instilling self-confidence of women scavengers, educational organizers, community awareness generator, building emotional closeness and advocacy, with religious material provided including aqeedah, sharia and morality.Ligious guidance on scavengers in increasing religious practices can be said will be successful even though it is not too significant because there are still many scavengers who still have not moved to increase their practice of religion. Female scavengers continue to carry outtheir duties according to their roles in the family, women scavengers make good contributions in terms of work and help with family needs |
