The present article seeks to build this field’s framework by pointing out the competencies attitudes and behaviors of the Clinical Neurospychologists and by investigating historical aspects and the training requirements established by other countries which are more advanced in the debate. Finally, the major challenges for providing training in clinical neuropsychology are pointed out
